When ordinary tap water is used to wash the glass on windows and then left to dry naturally, you are then left with white streaky lines on the panes of glass.

These streaky marks are left there because of the impurities in the tap water. We use Water Fed Pole systems alongside completely pure water which means there will be no streaks left on your windows, leaving them to dry completely clean.

Rain does not affect our cleans and we offer a 24 hour rain guarantee. So if we have cleaned your windows whilst raining and the clean has been spoiled by the rain simply let us know within 24 hours of the clean and we will be happy to return to re-clean your windows.

If it’s forecast to rain and it’s light to medium rainfall then we will proceed to clean as scheduled because rain does not affect the cleaning process and rain unfortunately doesn’t remove the dirt, (especially things like insect poo, bird poo, pollen marks). In the event of very heavy rain we will reschedule your clean but will alway contact you so you are made aware.

Rain does not make the windows dirty, dirt does. Dust accumulates on the glass from things like, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, pollen, traffic fumes and many other sources. These contaminants settle on the glass as a layer. When it rains, the rain drops trap and push the dirt into different patterns and once the rain dries the dirt/dust remain on the glass. This is now highly visible because it is no longer spread but sporadic throughout the glass. Clean glass will stay clean after rain because once the rain water dries, there is nothing left behind to obscure the view.
